The winners of the 2025 CE Pro Home of the Year Awards have been announced, and after weeks of deliberation by our expert panel of judges, this year may have been the most competitive we have seen in a long while.
One hundred and nineteen entries were made across a scant 22 categories this year, nearly doubling the number of entries from last year. Our most competitive category (Best Whole-House Smart Home Project Over $150K) saw 19 entries alone.
As per usual, entries were judged based on their ability to overcome challenges and reconcile constraints as well as their individual uniqueness, scope and design when compared to peers. In short, the winners of the Home of the Year Awards serve as, in our opinion, a mileage marker for how far the industry has come over the years.
The 2025 Home of the Year Award winners were announced at a special ceremony during CEDIA Expo 2025 in front of a crowd of onlookers following the conclusion of the first day of the show’s exhibition portion.
For those of you who weren’t able to attend, however, let’s raise a glass, as we always do, to some of the best and brightest of custom integration.
Be sure to stay tuned as we dive deeper into the details of these projects in our upcoming November/December issue in addition to uploading the winning projects (as well as runners up) onto cepro.com.
