CE Pro has learned that Lunar Walls, the MicroLED brand from Just Video Walls, is preparing a major announcement in the coming weeks — one aimed squarely at a segment integrators say has grown increasingly transactional.
Sources point to a broader shift in how the company plans to support integrators, addressing complaints that have become common in the lower-cost MicroLED space: overseas support, inconsistent installation follow-through, and manufacturers selling around their own dealer networks.
Details remain under wraps, but the announcement is expected to center on a new pre-engineered product platform built specifically for professional integrators, with an emphasis on U.S.-based support and long-term dealer partnership rather than one-off transactions.
