Steady Brand has joined the same ownership group as Custom Channels. As sister companies, the two organizations are expanding their range of business music, signage, media and AV installation solutions.
The addition caps a year of rapid expansion for both companies and extends their combined footprint.

The relationship combines Steady Brand’s established dealer network, field installation and service resources, messages-on-hold offering, and digital signage expertise with Custom Channels’ expanded music selection, broader hardware options, technology integrations, and digital management tools.
Central to the relationship is Custom Channels’ role as Steady Brand’s business music provider, which has doubled the number of music channels available to the hundreds of Steady Brand dealers. The relationship also expands what dealers can manage through Steady Brand’s Conductor Studio platform, which brings existing Steady Brand equipment and additional hardware available through Custom Channels into a single management environment.
Both brands will continue serving distinct routes to market. Steady Brand will operate exclusively through dealers and integrators, while Custom Channels will focus primarily on direct and national accounts, strategic partnerships, and technology integrations.
Founded in Austin, Texas, in 2017, Steady Brand operates exclusively through dealers and resellers, providing commercially licensed background music, overhead announcements, on-hold messaging and digital signage.
Experiencing rapid expansion over the last few years, Steady Brand has grown to be the largest independent dealer network in North America.
