Check Out Savant’s New Proseo Line of Lighting & Shading at Lightapalooza

Savant is showcasing a variety of new products at Lightapalooza 2025, most notably its GE Proseo line of smart lighting and shading solutions. The control company is also highlighting in booth #514 its integration with Apple’s Siri and a smart power solution.

The GE Proseo line, introduced at CEDIA Expo 2024, brings the company’s GE-branded lighting solutions to the professional market. The company bills the products as easy-to-install solutions designed for the installation channel, combining the brand recognition of GE with Savant’s luxury home control platform.

The initial portfolio of lighting products includes smart and manual shades, keypads, and panelized lighting, the company says.

Meanwhile, the Proseo shades are designed to combine modern aesthetics and performance fabrics with Savant’s control interface options. The shades include versatile hardware options designed to conceal unsightly components for a seamless look.

Savant is also marketing its native integration with Apple’s voice assistant Siri across its platform. This is supported on Apple iPhone, CarPlay, iPad, Apple Watch, and HomePod, and comes as Apple begins making substantial improvements to its AI voice assistant and dives further into the smart home market.

Savant Smart Budget Shown at Lightapalooza

Visitors to Savant’s Lightapalooza 2025 booth will also learn about Savant Smart Budget, which the company says is an “affordable alternative” to an expensive upgrade to a home’s electrical system to support EV charging, electric appliances, and other items.

The solution consists of Savant Power Modules that can be added into an existing electrical panel, as well as software that regulates the power output of the electrical panel.

The company says this is designed to prevent electrical demand from ever exceeding a home’s capacity.

Homeowners can use Savant’s app to prioritize how and when power is used in the home by monitoring live consumption, shedding unnecessary loads, and balancing usage within a limited electrical service.

Savant Smart Budget starts at $1,500 and will be available in Q2, 2025 through Savant’s network of smart home and energy professionals.
