The Consumer Technology Association (CTA) has announced its 2026 Executive Board (EB) and Board of Industry Leaders (BIL).
Being the governing and advisory boards, respectively, the EB and BIL contribute to CTA’s overall strategy when it comes to shaping policies and events like CES and pull from a broad gamut of industry professionals and verticals. These range from mass-market channels all the way up to pro-channel leaders with the inclusion of Jim Pearse, Melissa Andresko, Paul Jacobs and more.
With a mix of new and familiar faces, this year’s appointments bring on a selection of fresh leadership from new and emerging verticals in the fields of AI, data analytics and digital health—all of which have become increasingly tied to smart home ecosystems as part of the bleeding edge.
CTA CEO Gary Shapiro, who also currently serves as Executive Board Vice Chair, will assume the role of EB Chair, continuing his leadership of the association that produces the annual CES trade show.
Joining him are Megan Myungwon Lee, Chairwoman & CEO of Panasonic Corp. of North America, and Stephanie Dismore, EMEA President at AMD, both serving as Vice Chairs.
“Their leadership drives the technology innovation revolutionizing industries and improving lives,” said Shapiro. “CTA will benefit from their experience in a time of rapid transformation for our industry and our world.”
CTA President Kinsey Fabrizio will continue in her role, while Daniel Pidgeon will serve as Treasurer, Suzanna Kang as General Counsel and Secretary, and Kailey Adametz as Assistant Secretary.
“Their insights will be invaluable as we champion innovation, navigate emerging opportunities, and support the technology growth that’s transforming our world,” Fabrizio said.
The BIL—a group of senior executives advising CTA on policies, standards, and events including CES 2026—welcomes new and continuing members across technology, retail, healthcare, and AV sectors.
