Integrator-focused video wall manufacturer for residential and commercial markets Just Video Walls is launching a new product line, Lunar Walls, in a bid to expand the accessibility and ease of use of direct-view LED (dvLED) technology in pre-packaged offerings designed for easy installation.
The Lunar Walls lineup includes two main products: the “Ledge” and the “Expanse.” The Ledge is designed as a pre-packaged video wall that resembles a TV, available in 135-inch and 162-inch models. It is positioned as an ideal solution for customers new to video walls or for secondary systems in larger homes.
The Ledge requires only a single power circuit and no external processor, yet it features modern technology such as HDR, 4K resolution, and a Bluetooth remote. It is powered by Google TV and Android-based software, facilitating seamless integration with popular streaming services and smart home devices, according to the company.
Meanwhile, the Expanse product line is marketed as offering 96 pre-packaged SKUs with options tailored to different screen aspect ratios, ranging from standard 16:9 to ultra-wide 24:9. These pre-engineered video walls are designed to bridge the gap between custom and tailor-fit solutions, offering integrators a balance of ease, efficiency, and competitive pricing, the company says. The Expanse line also includes more powerful processing capabilities, enabling multi-layering and a wider range of input options.
According to the company, it is also opening its process to dealers, asking them to help set margins, price points and validate the go-to-market strategy for the brand.
Lightapalooza took place in late February, and the growth of the event has mirrored the rapid ascension lighting fixtures and controls.
“We are an integrator-founded company, so it’s important that everything we do helps our dealers in the way we wished we were helped at the beginning,” said Skyler Meek, vice president of marketing at Just Video Walls, in a statement. “So, we wanted to build this incredible new product not only FOR dealers, but WITH dealers.”
Just Video Walls is inviting dealers to participate in the development of the Lunar Walls line by visiting their booth (#3520) at the upcoming CEDIA Expo in Denver, Colo.
