Daisy, a national smart space installation and services company, is expanding its network by adding two custom integrators in Orlando, Florida—Millennium Systems Design and Electronic Creations.
Millennium Systems Design has been a go-to smart home technologies provider in the region for over 20 years with a commitment to client satisfaction. Daisy asserts the integration company values leadership and its team make for a strong partner to join the Daisy team. Owned and led by Mike Barry, the Millennium team has made bold investments over the past few years into the company’s showroom, while remaining committed to the education and development of the team, and the service and care of the company’s clients.
In 2024, Millennium made significant investments in its state-of-the-art experience center in Orlando to offer homeowners, designers, builders, and other trades a hands-on opportunity to explore the latest in smart home technologies. The new facility features a cutting-edge golf simulator, as well as a virtual-reality (VR) experience where clients can visualize and design their ideal connected spaces. The venue also hosts numerous industry and community events, where Daisy says the showroom fosters a culture that makes employees feel valued, while creating a sense of connection with the surrounding areas.
“I am very excited to join the Daisy team,” says Barry. “Building on our exciting momentum, joining Daisy allows us to further scale our services while remaining steadfast in our commitment to exceptional client experiences. We look forward to being a part of Daisy’s national network and to enhancing our day-to-day operations with its substantial support systems.”
“I am personally excited to continue to learn from Mike and his team,” says Hagan Kappler, co-founder and CEO of Daisy. “We look forward to supporting Millennium and our other Daisy teams across the Florida markets so that we can be better together.”
Lightapalooza took place in late February, and the growth of the event has mirrored the rapid ascension lighting fixtures and controls.
In addition to the Millennium Systems Design acquisition, Daisy has announced that it has acquired a second Orlando firm: Electronic Creations. Led by industry veteran Bob Levy, Electronic Creations brings four decades of expertise to the Daisy network to enhance the national network of custom installation businesses collective capabilities. As one of Central Florida’s oldest and most experienced custom installation companies, Daisy stresses that Electronic Creations has sold, serviced, and installed thousands of systems since 1981.
“This is an exciting day for Electronic Creations,” says Levy. “We have always taken pride in delivering top-tier products and services. With Daisy’s resources combined with our new local partner in Millennium Systems Design, we see so many opportunities ahead. We look forward to serving even more clients and partners in our community.”
Through the new additions of the Orlando-based companies, Dion Persson, co-founder of Daisy, suggests, that Millennium Systems Design and Electronic Creations will help the national service provider to meet its business goals.
“I’m thrilled to welcome Mike and Bob to our eight other owner-operators who we have had the privilege of learning from as we build out Daisy’s national network. With our other amazing Florida locations, we have become one of the market leaders and one of the fastest-growing technology integration brands in Florida,” adds Persson. “We look forward to partnering with these legacy firms and talented teams as they join Daisy to drive growth for the firms and their teams.”
