ProjX360 Adds Blind Cycle Count Feature to Project Management Suite

ProjX360, a provider of project management software for AV integrators, has announced the launch of its Blind Cycle Count feature. With this new tool, the company says integrators will be able to conduct real-time inventory checks without needing to to see on-hand inventory levels in advance, a method commonly referred to as “blind counting.”

When it comes to inventory management, blind counts can be exceptionally useful, as they help eliminate potential biases that can occur when current counts are visible during the verification process. This often allows the individual conducting inventory checks to catch mistakes before they become problematic.

One of the drawbacks of blind counts, however, is that, if done incorrectly, it can lead to discrepancies that are often hard to catch. It can also be incredibly time consuming.

ProjX360 boasts that its latest feature furthers its commitment to delivering practical, user-friendly solutions for the AV integration industry. The tool will be available immediately to all current ProjX360 customers to help AV businesses to achieve better control over their inventory while maintaining an uninterrupted focus on customer service and project delivery.

One of the features that ProjX360 has introduced into its Blind Cycle Count to potentially address that is a more streamlined management process that can automatically update records and highlight discrepancies for quick resolution. Integrators can also conduct blind counts across different product categories, locations, or storage areas without halting other operations, enabling on-the-fly verification.
