Crestron Electronics, a global developer of home automation, has announced new Crestron Home product updates, features, and integrations that will debut at Integrated Systems Europe (ISE) 2025. At the show attendees can visit Crestron to see these updates to Crestron Home OS 4 and more in Booth 3H300/3H400 in Hall 3. The company is also debuting a new graphics engine, dubbed DGE-1000 while at the show.
“At Crestron, we’re focused on delivering smart home technology that truly integrates into and enhances everyday life,” comments Brad Hintze, executive vice president of global marketing at Crestron.
“The DGE-1000 brings the Crestron Home experience to larger displays, creating new possibilities for intuitive and centralized control. Paired with innovations like weather-based automation, energy usage insights, and enhanced device integration, we’re enabling homeowners to take smarter, more meaningful control of their environments. These updates demonstrate how Crestron is continually evolving to meet the needs of both dealers and homeowners.”
Crestron Home OS 4.4 introduces a suite of new third-party integrations designed to drive energy efficiency and environmental sustainability, while also providing deeper insights into Crestron home systems, thereby enhancing control and convenience at the homeowner level.
These system enhancements include:
Lightapalooza took place in late February, and the growth of the event has mirrored the rapid ascension lighting fixtures and controls.
Another item at the forefront of Crestron’s ISE 2025 show activities is the company’s Digital Graphics Engine (DGE-1000). The N.J.-based manufacturer point out this solution is a tool that enables homeowners to experience the Home OS interface on large third-party displays. Designed to integrate with the Crestron Home platform, the DGE-1000 is said to eliminate the need for multiple devices by combining display, control, and streaming capabilities into one streamlined solution.
In addition to capabilities of the DGE-1000 interface option, Crestron is showing refreshed versions of its flagship remotes: the TSR-310 and HR-310. The remotes now offer white finishes, textured backs for ergonomic comfort, and updated navigation buttons to provide an improved user experience. Complementing these updates is a new horizontal charging dock that Crestron says makes it easier for users to keep the remotes charged and accessible.
