CEDIA Expo is by far the biggest North American tradeshow for the professional smart home and AV industry, and as such, it has always held a special place in the hearts and minds of many throughout the channel. It’s also perhaps our busiest time of the year for news coverage, and that’s likely to be no different with CEDIA Expo 2024 on the horizon, which is why we’re bringing back last year’s news hub to keep CE pros in the CE know.
We’ll be providing plenty of news updates as we get closer to CEDIA Expo 2024, and will have plenty of live reporting from the show floor once things kick off, so if you’re planning on going yourself, or just want to stay up to date on everything, be sure to check back in to this page every now and then—or just bookmark it if you’re so inclined.

The professional smart home industry organization has expanded the individual awards category for 2024, adding in awards for Best Newcomer, Best Sales/Manufacturer’s Representative, and Best Technician, with CEDIA President and CEO Daryl Friedman noting that the recent expansion of the awards reflect the organization’s commitment to acknowledging excellence across various roles and levels of expertise in the smart home industry.
