Vision Magna Turns a Sundrenched Bar into the Ultimate Sports and Cinema Room

Vision Magna, which very roughly translates to “big display” delivers exactly what it says on the tin, which, for a media room, sounds like a stellar deal. Transforming the second-floor space of this Florida residence into a high-end, cinema space, Maxicon delivered on the client’s wishes the with grandaddy of all displays, Samsung’s The Wall.

In total, the budget came in around $430,000, which, according to Maxicon, necessitated a meticulous selection of high-end and mid-range equipment.

“By closely collaborating with the client, we seamlessly merged cutting-edge technology with luxurious decor, creating a media room that exceeds expectations,” stated Moises Kornbluth of Maxicon.

“Vision Magna blends innovation with sophistication, delivering a truly immersive and elegant entertainment experience.”

Expert-Level Acoustical Treatments Help Perfect Vison Magna

Sitting at the heart of the project, a Samsung The Wall 146-inch display provides 4K video to viewers while Wisdom Audio Sage speakers and JL Audio subwoofers deliver immersive, high-fidelity sound. Maxicon also opted to use the Storm Audio ISP.16 MK2 processor to further enhance the system.

The room needed extensive acoustic optimization considering one of the walls of the room is made of glass. Embedding speakers and subwoofers within walls and ceilings required sophisticated treatments to maintain pristine sound quality without detracting from the room’s elegance. Advanced sound isolation measures were implemented to shield the space from external noise.

Thermal management was handled using robust ventilation systems, ensuring the high-performance equipment operates efficiently and safely. All the entertainment and environmental controls were then tied into the residence’s automation system, allowing for control over all media and environmental settings.

The room’s luxurious ambiance is further enhanced by adaptive color-tunable lighting and custom shades, ensuring perfect visibility and comfort.
